The reputation of RareCoffee depends on the highest quality of every item we sell.  If you receive any item that is of inferior quality, we are eager to refund or replace that item.  Please return the item to us with a letter explaining your problem.  We will refund or replace the item at our descretion with the intent to give you a satisfactory experiance.  Please send your items within 30 days of purchase, or coffee within 10 days of purchase.

For non-coffee items, we request:
  • Items must be in "like new" resellable condition and show no signs of wear (subject to our discretion), unless you are returning the item due to a manufacturing flaw.
  • Please include a copy of the original invoice (for all items).
