Rwanda Musasa is a certified fair trade organic coffee, and it is the product of a cooperative. This strictly high grown variety is similar to its Rushashi cousing, but with noticeable differences. It is lighter in body and acidity. Rather than a heavy syrupy body with molasses tones like the Rushashi, the Musasa exhibits a light syrupy body with strong tones of honey. This makes it smooth and sweet in the cup. As it cools, the profile stays consistent. An excellent Rwandan variety! |
